This is the best hotel in Stuttgart for me. Next to the U-bahn, a peaceful and safe area, big enough and nice room, big enough private bathroom, lift to reception and rooms and clean and nice everywhere. In addition excellent breakfast and the most important excellent staff. We were welcomed by a man who during our stay fulfilled all our expectations in terms of excellent stay or even surpassed them. Thank you very much.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, spacious room with a spacious bathroom, seems renovated recently, ( bathroom like new ) everything is very clean. Great location, it is not in city center, but very easy and cheap to reach by U-bahn stop " Im Degen " ( keep transport ticket to get discount in the museums ). The area is safe and green and quiet to sleep. The bed is very comfortable, everything works perfectly, wifi is great, hot water, heating. Staff is kind, friendly and helpful, receptionists were very nice and warm welcoming.

Super-friendly staff that insisted we have a cappuccinos and a hot chocolate for my son before leaving even though we didn’t order breakfast; spotlessly clean; large room with very comfortable bed; large bathroom with shower over bath - very quiet area and very close to Mercedes museum

The cleanest rooms I have ever seen. And very beautiful i must say. Comfortable. The staff was super friendly and actually walked me to my room. Check-in is very practical. You can save time by checking in online. I really felt at home . I was very positively impressed.❤❤❤❤❤❤

This is small hotel located in the quiet neighborhood (very close to Mercedes Benz Museum). Our windows were facing mountain with private houses. Free Parking was always available in the street right at the hotel. Comfortable beds (we had 3 Twin sized). Clean and spacious bathroom and room.

The Staff were good but non English Speaking. That was a little difficult to communicate. Our 2nd night there we lost water at midnight due to city issues with construction. No water to shower in the morning.No breakfast either. No drinking water or to brush our teeth. BUT when we talked to the staff they handled it very well. Brought us bottled water. Also will refund us 1 night plus cost of breakfast we missed.

Solid breakfast and larger room than I had anticipated. What really elevated the stay was how courteous and friendly the owner was. And extremely service-minded. Me and my colleague had a very nice conversation with him (in German) over breakfast, and will definitely return in the event of another Stuttgart visit.

The customer service is 6 stars out of five! Everyone is very welcoming and always made sure we had all our needs attended. The metro station is right in front of the hotel and connects to the central station (hbf) and the rest of the city easily

Free parking on the street, generous breakfast, absolutelly friendly staff. Next time I go to Stuttgart, I will definitely book here again!
